Green Tea

I drink way to much tea and that is a fact. So I have have decided to convert to drinking more green tea. I like to use the 'Clipper' organic green tea and it comes with loose leaves which I personally find more appealing! I prefer to use the Clipper brand in particular because it is fair trade and they only work with producers who are striving to improve standards of welfare for workers and their families. This gives all the more reason to use their brand I think since its good to help those whenever possible.
Green tea in general has many health and beauty benefits. It is light, refreshing and clean tasting with lots of antioxidants. Research has also shown that it can even reduce the risks of some cancers! In terms of beauty green tea includes more antioxidants that many different types of powerful vitamins that they may put in facial creams! Green tea can slow ageing, help you through weight loss and help you lead a healthier lifestyle.

D.I.Y. your green tea

You can make many different things with green tea but one of the more useful things is a spritzer used to freshen up your face. You can also use this solution to sooth tired eyes and as this miracle substance even has antiseptic properties it can be used to treat minor cuts, rashes, spots and blemishes or even sun burn!
To create this all you need to do is to soak 100g of green tea in half a litre of still mineral water for 1 hour approx. Then you can strain out the loose leaves, pour into a spritzer bottle and use away.
